These Terms of Use apply to the marketing site eksengold.com and the demo account requested through it, both operated by EKSENOVA TEKNOLOJİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ ("Eksenova", the "Company").
By visiting the marketing site or requesting a demo account, you accept these terms in full.

2. Service Description
EksenGOLD is a software service for jewellers, currency exchange offices and precious-stone traders, covering invoice automation, bank integration, MASAK compliance, KVKK management and mobile identity verification.
The marketing site is an information resource that presents product features and receives demo-account requests. No live operations (invoice issuance, identity verification, etc.) are performed on the marketing site itself.
3. Demo Account
Demo accounts are requested via eksengold.com/kuyumcu-yazilimi-ucretsiz-demo and are subject to:
- Free of charge at every stage
- No credit card or payment information is requested
- 15-day demo period - extendable upon request after it ends
- Simulated data only - no real bank, MASAK or GİB integration
- Eksenova reserves the right to suspend a demo account in case of abuse, after prior notice
Data processed on a demo account consists solely of information you or your representative manually enter.
4. User Obligations
While using the marketing site or a demo account, you agree to:
- Act in compliance with applicable law
- Refrain from unauthorised reproduction or third-party sharing of site content
- Avoid placing excessive load on the service through automated tools (bots, scraping, automated testing)
- Keep your demo-account credentials secure and not share them with third parties
- Provide accurate, non-misleading information in your application
In case of breach, Eksenova reserves the right to terminate access following prior notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All logos, brand names, visual design, textual content, code and software products on eksengold.com belong to Eksenova or its authorised licensors. They may not be reproduced for commercial purposes, distributed or used to create derivative works without written permission.
Third-party bank logos and industry references are shown for identification purposes only, in accordance with the trademark rights of the respective owners.
6. Limitation of Liability
The marketing site and demo account are provided "as is". Eksenova:
- Does not guarantee continuous availability or uninterrupted operation
- Is not responsible for decisions or strategies based on simulated demo data
- Assumes no responsibility for third-party links (e.g. bank sites, public institutions)
This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Privacy and Personal Data
The processing of personal data submitted with a demo-account request is governed by a separate notice. For details see the KVKK Notice and Privacy Policy. Cookie usage is covered by the Cookie Policy.
8. Changes
Eksenova reserves the right to revise these Terms of Use in line with legal developments, service scope or workflow changes. Revisions become effective upon publication on this page. Material changes will be communicated to demo-account users by email.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Kayseri Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from them.
